Belongs to the Festuca rubra rubra subspecies. The variety forms a dense turf and possesses high resistance to drought, low temperatures, powdery mildew, and red thread. Compared to other representatives of the subspecies, it tolerates low mowing down to 7 mm and moderate mechanical stress better.
Used in grass seed mixtures for landscaping parks, landscape lawns, and sports fields. The plant adapts to sites with both direct sunlight and slight shading, while being distinguished by minimal requirements for maintenance, irrigation, and fertilizers.
