The variety belongs to the Chewings fescue group and is a perennial plant forming dense bunch-type turf without long rhizomes. It forms a low-growing grass stand with fine, elegant leaves.
The plant possesses high frost and winter hardiness and tolerates drought conditions and shading; however, it has low resistance to Fusarium patch.
The variety is used in grass mixtures for establishing ornamental home and sports lawns, as well as low-maintenance areas.
