The variety belongs to hexaploid forms and is morphologically a bunch-type sod-forming turf variety. The plant forms a dense stand with leaf color ranging from medium to dark green.

The variety possesses resistance to a number of common grass diseases, including snow mold, powdery mildew, and rust. It is intended for use in turf grass mixtures for the creation of decorative and functional lawns.
