The variety belongs to the creeping red fescue subspecies and forms a fine-leaved turf cover. It possesses the ability to tolerate frequent and low mowing, and is also distinguished by good shade tolerance.

The variety demonstrates relatively good adaptation to winter conditions compared to other types of red fescue. The rate of initial plant establishment can be slow.
