The plant belongs to the group of fescues with short rhizomes and has a hexaploid chromosome set. In the sowing year, the variety forms a low to medium plant height with a semi-prostrate habit, which is maintained even after vernalization.

The leaves of the variety are narrow to medium-narrow; their color ranges from medium-green to dark-green, and there is no glaucescence on the leaf blades. The flag leaf is short and narrow.

The variety is early to medium-early in heading time. It is intended for creating dense and wear-resistant turf cover.
