The variety belongs to the slender creeping red fescue (Festuca rubra trichophylla) subspecies. The plant has narrow leaves and demonstrates high turf density.

The variety is intended for creating surfaces requiring low mowing in the range of 10–15 mm. It is adapted for use in turf mixtures for areas with intensive use, including golf greens, and exhibits resistance to red thread disease.
