The variety belongs to the subspecies Festuca rubra trichophylla and is intended for creating high-quality park and sports turf, including golf courses. It possesses a fine leaf texture and forms a dense stand of medium-green color.

The plant tolerates intensive mowing to a height of less than 5 mm and possesses high shade tolerance. The variety is characterized by rapid color recovery after winter and good resistance to Fusarium. It is used, among other applications, in areas with high soil salinity.
