The variety forms a dense turf cover that is resistant to trampling, grazing, and water exposure, which allows it to be used for lawn establishment. The presence of rhizomes promotes active vegetative regeneration of the plant.
The plant possesses a pronounced ability for phytostabilization of soils contaminated with cadmium, copper, lead, and zinc. The high ecological plasticity of the variety is supported by its ability to form symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in complex soil conditions.
