The variety belongs to the octoploid type of red fescue. The plant forms rhizomes, the shoot in the autumn period has an intermediate growth habit. Leaves are green, of medium length and width. Inflorescence emergence in the second year of life occurs at an early or medium time.
The plant possesses complex resistance to rust, Helminthosporium leaf spot, and Fusarium. The variety is distinguished by high sward density and is used for establishing garden and park areas, playgrounds, and ornamental lawns.
