The variety has a fine-leaved structure and forms a dense turf of medium-green color. It is characterized by a slow growth rate, which reduces the need for frequent mowing.

The plant possesses high resistance to Fusarium and red thread. The variety is capable of forming a dense sward under a low level of maintenance, limited irrigation and fertilization, effectively competing with weeds.
