The variety belongs to the Chewings fescue type. The plant possesses high cover density and maintains an intense dark green hue throughout the entire season.
A key feature of the variety is high tolerance to low mowing. Due to this quality, Nikky is used in grass mixtures for golf courses, including greens, and other ornamental sites with intensive maintenance levels.
