The variety is intended for creating residential and commercial lawns, landscaping, and use in golf course mixtures. The plant is capable of growing in both full sun and deep shade, tolerating a wide range of soil conditions.

The sward is dense and fine-leaved, characterized by one of the darkest shades of green among strongly rhizomatous Chewings fescue varieties. The variety possesses excellent winter hardiness, early spring regrowth, and high recovery capacity at various mowing heights.

The plant has high resistance to Fusarium, dollar spot, red thread, and leaf spot. The presence of endophytes increases resistance to pests feeding on above-ground plant parts and overall stress tolerance.
