The variety belongs to the slender creeping red fescue species and is used for establishing landscape lawns that require short mowing, as well as being a component in grass mixtures. The plant leaves have a medium- to dark-green color and are characterized by a very fine texture.
The plant possesses high turf density, which allows for effective weed suppression. The variety is characterized by a high regeneration capacity and good winter hardiness. It exhibits increased resistance to drought and salinity, and also demonstrates resistance to red thread and rots.
