The variety is a hybrid between meadow fescue (Festuca pratensis) and Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum) of the Italian type. The plant is characterized by deep root penetration, which ensures increased drought tolerance and contributes to reducing soil compaction.
The variety possesses winter hardiness and the ability to tolerate temporary waterlogging better than many pure ryegrass varieties. It combines high yield and good forage digestibility, characteristic of ryegrass, with the endurance of fescue.
