The variety was bred by interspecific crossing of the Felovia variety with hybrid ryegrass (Lolium × hybridum). During comparative trials, the variety showed results on par with standard hybrid ryegrass varieties, but did not reach the minimum requirements for inclusion in the Swiss list of recommended varieties.
In agronomic practice, the variety was used as a reference standard during variety testing of other festulolium and ryegrass hybrids, in particular for determining the seeding rate. Data on individual morphological traits, such as height or specific disease resistance, are not detailed in the publications, as the assessment was conducted primarily based on general agronomic productivity, including yield, digestibility, and winter hardiness.
