The plant belongs to the 'Common' type, is self-fertile, and does not require pollination. The variety is mid-season; there is no breba crop on last year's shoots. The tree is distinguished by vigorous growth energy.
The fruits are large, thick, slightly flattened in shape with rough, greenish-colored skin covered with small cracks. The flesh is intensely red, syrupy in consistency, and very sweet. The fruits tolerate transportation well, are resistant to rain and dew, and are little susceptible to cracking from moisture.
The ostiole of the fruit opens medium-wide. At harvest, the pedicel is noted to be difficult to detach, while the fruits themselves peel well. Sensitivity to fruit drop depends on weather conditions.
