The Panachée variety, also known as Panache or "Tiger Fig," is the result of a natural mutation of the Bourjassot variety. The plant has medium vigor and typically reaches a height of about 1.8 meters.

Fruits are medium-sized, weighing from 40 to 80 g, and are distinguished by a characteristic pattern of green stripes on a yellow background. The flesh is dark red in color and has a sweet taste with berry notes. The variety is parthenocarpic, does not require pollination, and produces one main crop per season.

For the fruit to ripen fully, the variety requires a long warm season; therefore, in northern regions, cultivation in protected ground or in containers is recommended. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, drying, and culinary processing.
