The variety is a bud mutation of the white fig Bourjassot. The fruits have yellow-green skin with longitudinal stripes and bright red sweet flesh with a distinct aroma. Fruit weight ranges from 40 to 100 grams.

The plant is a tree or large shrub with large green foliage, reaching 1–2.5 meters when grown in containers. The variety is self-fertile and parthenocarpic, producing one main crop that ripens in late summer or early autumn.

Frost resistance is estimated as moderate, down to -15 °C. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, drying, making jam, and use in baking.
