Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 35 to 45 cm and is characterized by purple flower color. The variety is intended for use in ornamental gardening, including urban gardens, patios, and coastal areas.

For cultivation, fertile, moist, humus-rich soils with a neutral or alkaline reaction are preferred. The plant performs best in areas with partial shade but is capable of tolerating full sun.

The variety can be susceptible to diseases typical for Helleborus, such as leaf spot and 'black death', and can also be affected by aphids, leaf miners, and slugs.
