The plant belongs to the Rodney Davey Marbled Group and is a compact bush up to 45 cm in height. The leaves are leathery with a characteristic silvery marble pattern. Flowering occurs from late winter to spring; the flowers have a lime-green hue.

The variety is a winter-hardy perennial and is classified as semi-evergreen. In cultivation, it is used for planting in shady areas, woodland gardens, or containers. Removing old foliage in late winter is recommended to maintain plant health and prevent fungal diseases.
