Herbaceous evergreen perennial with a height of 23–35 cm, belonging to the Rodney Davey Marbled Group. The plant has decorative leathery dissected leaves with a silvery reticulated pattern and sturdy flower stalks.

Flowers are large, solitary, cup-shaped, soft pink in color with yellow stamens. Flowering occurs from late winter to spring, with flowers remaining on the plant for up to two months.

The variety forms a compact bush. Like other members of the group, it may be affected by leaf spot, viral diseases, aphids, and leaf miners.
