The variety belongs to the winter two-row barley type. Genotype studies are being conducted as part of breeding programs aimed at examining the adaptability and productivity of the crop under the soil and climatic conditions of Romania.
The grain quality of the variety was studied in the context of the influence of nitrogen fertilizers. Protein content parameters, depending on the fertilizer level, can reach 15%, which is taken into account when evaluating the potential suitability of the variety for use in the brewing industry.
