The variety belongs to the winter barley type and is characterized as a very short or short plant. The heading date corresponds to the mid-late or late maturity type, and the growth habit is intermediate or semi-prostrate.

Morphological features include the presence of pubescence on the sheaths of the lower leaves, as well as medium or strong glaucosity of the flag leaf. The ear of the plant has a semi-erect position and medium glaucosity; anthocyanin coloration of the leaves and ear is absent or very weak.

The variety was studied as a potential candidate for malting use; it also appears in agricultural trials as a production variety.
