The variety «Trinidad» is mentioned in official publications of the Federal Plant Variety Office of Germany and a number of other European registers in the winter barley category. At the same time, in open descriptive variety lists, detailed characteristic tables, including data on height, maturity, and disease resistance, often contain dashes or are not presented.
The name «Trinidad» is also used for varieties of other crops, such as sugar beet and forage grasses, which requires caution when working with databases. Confirmed agronomic characteristics of the barley with this name are not provided in available reference materials.
