Variety description

10 August 2026

Krilin RZ F1 is an interspecific hybrid that is not intended for fruit production and is used as a specialized rootstock for growing tomatoes, including large-fruited varieties and cherry tomatoes. The plant is distinguished by powerful vegetative development and a very high level of vigor, making it suitable for long cultivation cycles.

This rootstock possesses high resistance to tomato mosaic virus, Fusarium wilt and root rot, Verticillium wilt, and corky root rot. It also has intermediate resistance to root-knot nematodes. The use of the rootstock contributes to increased productivity and fruit uniformity, as well as the scion's resistance to soil salinity and water stress.
