Variety description

The variety is a mutation of the variety "Mariesii Variegata". The leaves are dark green with a creamy-white margin and are highly resistant to reversion. The lacecap-type inflorescences consist of an outer row of large white sterile flowers and inner fertile flowers, the color of which varies from blue to pink depending on soil acidity.

The plant reaches 0.9–1.5 meters in height and width. The flowering period lasts from July to September. The variety is characterized by frost resistance down to -30°C (zones 5–9). Partial shade is recommended for cultivation, as direct sun can cause burns to the variegated foliage. Used as a specimen plant, in group plantings, and in containers.
