Variety description

The plant reaches 90–150 cm in height and width. The foliage is large, dark green, glossy, with serrated edges. Flowering occurs from mid-summer to early autumn on the previous year's shoots.

Mophead-type inflorescences change color: they are purple-blue on acidic soils and a deep pink shade on alkaline soils. The variety is suitable for single and group plantings, hedges, and containers.

The plant is susceptible to common fungal diseases of the species under unfavorable conditions. Heavy spring pruning is not recommended, as flower buds are set on the previous year's wood.
