Variety description

The shrub has a rounded shape, reaching 1.2–1.5 m in height and width. The leaves are large, glossy, bright or dark green, with a pointed shape. Mophead-type inflorescences consist of flowers with serrated sepals.

Inflorescence color varies from pink and crimson in alkaline soils to blue and purple-violet in acidic ones. In autumn, the inflorescences can acquire greenish or purple hues. Flowering occurs on previous year's shoots from mid-summer to early autumn.

The variety belongs to USDA hardiness zones 6–9. In regions with a cold climate, protection of flower buds is required. The plant is suitable for creating accent plantings, hedges, and container cultivation, and the flowers are suitable for use in cut arrangements and dry bouquets.
