Variety description

The plant is a deciduous shrub with a dense, upright crown, reaching 1.0–1.25 meters in height. The shoots are dark green with brown speckles. The leaves are oval-lanceolate and serrated: in spring they are bronze-green, in summer they acquire a dark purple tint, and in autumn they turn dark red.

The inflorescences are spherical. Flower color varies from dark red to wine-red, with young flowers sometimes having a pinkish hue. Flowering is abundant and early, continuing from June to September depending on the region.

The variety possesses winter hardiness and is characterized by low sensitivity to daytime wilting. It is used for solitary and group plantings, border arrangements, and is also grown as a container plant.
