Variety description

The shrub has a rounded shape, reaching a height and width of 60–90 cm. The foliage is dense, leathery, and dark green. Flowering begins in early summer and continues for a long period.

The mophead-type inflorescences are large. Flower coloration depends on soil pH: in acidic conditions they turn blue, and with an increase in pH they acquire purple or magenta shades.

The plant features sturdy stems that do not lodge under the weight of the inflorescences, and high resistance to powdery mildew. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 5–9, with flower buds possessing increased cold resistance compared to a number of analogs.
