Variety description

Mophead-type inflorescences reach 15–25 cm in diameter. The bicolored effect is caused by the accumulation of anthocyanins on the petal edges. After flowering, the petals take on a greenish hue. Leaves are ovate or elliptical, with a serrated edge; on young shoots, they have a red tint that eventually changes to dark green.

The plant is a compact shrub reaching 1–1.2 m in height and 1–1.5 m in width in a garden setting; in container cultivation, the height is 30–40 cm. Stems are sturdy. Flowering lasts from June to August, sometimes until October. The variety exhibits resistance to diseases, pests, and salt winds.
