The variety forms large hemispherical inflorescences with individual flower diameters of 4–4.5 cm. Inflorescence coloration varies: pink, violet, blue-cyan, and red variants are represented. There is a Rodeo Classic variety, which is distinguished by a specific, often muted or bicolored inflorescence coloration.

The plant is widely used as a cut flower crop for creating bouquets and interior arrangements, and is also offered as seedlings for garden cultivation. The inflorescences of the variety, especially the Classic series, are suitable for drying.
