Variety description

The deciduous shrub reaches a height of 1 to 2 meters and has glossy leaves. A distinctive feature of the variety is fasciation, in which the plant's stems become flattened and curved.

Inflorescences consist of semi-double or double flowers. In neutral and alkaline soils, they have a pale pink hue, while in acidic soils, they are light blue. The plant is considered late-flowering; blooming continues throughout the spring and summer.

The variety is intended for open field and container cultivation. Planting in partial shade is recommended, as flowers quickly lose their ornamental quality in bright sun.
