Variety description

The variety is a compact deciduous shrub 1.0–1.2 m tall and about 1.2 m in diameter with a rounded crown. The foliage is dark green, broad, ovate with a serrated edge. The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field and in containers.

Large spherical inflorescences consist of white semi-double flowers with serrated petal edges. Flowering occurs from July to September on previous year's shoots. The inflorescence coloration is stable and weakly dependent on soil acidity levels, changing to pink, beige, or olive shades by autumn.

The plant has high stem strength, preventing inflorescence lodging. The variety belongs to hardiness zone 6, withstanding temperatures down to -20.6...-23.3°C, and requires covering in cold climates. Prefers partial shade, moist, well-drained, and acidic soils.
