The lacecap-type inflorescences are flat corymbs consisting of fertile flowers in the center and large sterile flowers at the edges. The leaves are dark green, broadly ovate, and serrated. The plant reaches a height of 1.2–1.25 m in 10 years.

Flowering occurs from June to September. The variety is suitable for landscaping gardens, borders, container cultivation, and use as cut flowers. It possesses winter hardiness corresponding to USDA zones 7–9.

The plant is susceptible to infestation by red spider mites, scale insects, weevils, gray mold, powdery mildew, leaf spot, and honey fungus.
