A compact deciduous shrub reaching a height of 1.2–1.5 m and a width of 0.8–1.2 m. It has strong, rigid reddish-brown shoots that maintain their shape well and do not require staking even after precipitation.
Inflorescences are dense, loose-conical or narrow-pyramidal panicles 25–35 cm long, consisting mainly of sterile flowers. Flowering continues from July to October.
At the beginning of flowering, the inflorescences have a lime-green or greenish-white shade, changing to creamy white, and towards the end of the season, the petals turn pink. The variety belongs to hardiness zone 4 and withstands temperatures down to -29°C...-34°C.
