Variety description

Angel Blush is a multi-stemmed shrub reaching a height of 2.2 to 3 meters. The plant has sturdy shoots with a reddish bark tint and a fan-shaped or rectangular crown.

Large, delicate inflorescences 23–35 cm long consist of sterile and fertile flowers. Flowering lasts from the end of July to October–November. Initially, the inflorescences are cream-white in color, which gradually turns pink, and by autumn they acquire a dark red shade.

The variety has high resistance to pests and diseases, as well as good winter hardiness (zone 4, down to -34°C). The shrub is resistant to lodging and is suitable for cutting, group and solitary plantings, hedges, and container cultivation.
