Variety description

The plant is a broad spreading deciduous shrub reaching a height of up to 2.4–3 meters. The leaves are large, deeply lobed, dark green in summer, and acquire burgundy-red, purple, and bronze shades in autumn.

The inflorescences are in the form of large cone-shaped panicles up to 25–30 cm long, consisting of white or creamy-white flowers that turn pink over time. A characteristic feature is the vertical position of the inflorescences, which provides better resistance to drooping compared to other varieties.

Older stems are covered with cinnamon-brown exfoliating bark that retains its decorative appearance in winter. The variety prefers moist, well-drained fertile soils and adapts to conditions ranging from full sun to partial shade.
