Variety description

The variety forms a shrub about 120 cm in height and width with glossy green foliage. The inflorescences are of the lacecap type and have characteristic serrated petal edges. Flower color is light lime when opening, changing to pure white during the flowering process.

Flowering begins in July and lasts for several months. The plant is characterized as a hardy shrub suitable for cultivation in patio containers, borders, and shaded areas. It requires protection from strong cold winds.

There is confusion regarding the name, as other plant species and other hydrangea varieties are found in horticulture under the name 'Cloud Nine'. This variety (bred by Thompson & Morgan) has the clarifying reference number 'Tmhy18-1'.
