Variety description

The variety is a small shrub. The flowers are flat, their sepals have a characteristic marbled color with white veins, resembling the 'aogasuri' fabric pattern. The shade of the inflorescences varies from pink to blue depending on the soil acidity level.

Flowering of the variety usually occurs in the summer period, in June and July. The plant is considered hardy and resistant to late spring frosts. The variety is used in ornamental gardening and is suitable for cultivation in open field and in containers.
