The variety belongs to the group of tall bearded irises. The plant reaches a height of 80–120 cm. The flowers are large, 10–15 cm in diameter, have a sky-blue or light silvery-blue shade, and the falls are decorated with a golden-yellow beard.
The flowering period falls in May-June. The variety has a sweet-spicy fragrance and is distinguished by high winter hardiness and resistance to diseases and pests. Sturdy flower stalks do not require staking, which allows the plant to be used in mixed borders, rock gardens, and for cut flowers.
