The variety has a specific habit: branches diverge from the center radially, shoots are arranged unevenly, almost horizontally, with ends directed upwards or curving toward the ground. After 10 years, the plant reaches about 0.6 m in width; height depends on the method of formation.

The plant is winter-hardy and undemanding, prefers sunny locations and well-drained fertile soils, does not tolerate heavy and waterlogged soils. Used in landscape design for solitary plantings, rock gardens, and container cultivation.
