The Rosnella variety belongs to the red oak leaf lettuce type. The plant has a voluminous shape and intense red leaf coloration. The variety shows resistance to common races of downy mildew (Bremia lactucae).

The lettuce is suitable for cultivation in open field and greenhouses. Recommended sowing dates cover the periods from March to May and from July to October.
