The plant forms a large, voluminous rosette with an open head type. The leaves have a slightly wrinkled "waffle" texture and a strongly wavy, serrated edge. Leaf color is bright green with burgundy-red spots or a border along the edges. The consistency of the leaves is dense and crispy.
The variety possesses cold hardiness and resistance to bolting, which allows it to be grown in different seasons. Intended for open field and film greenhouses, it allows for both harvesting whole rosettes and gradual cutting of outer leaves.
