The variety forms a small, sufficiently dense, rounded head. The leaves are distinguished by a characteristic glossy bronze-red hue and have a soft, tender consistency. Depending on the classification, the variety is categorized as a butterhead lettuce or as a type capable of producing a dense heart similar to the Sucrine type.
The plant is early-maturing and is characterized by sensitivity to high temperatures, for which reason it is not recommended for cultivation in summer. At the same time, the variety demonstrates good resistance to bolting and tipburn. Optimal sowing times are very early spring or late summer periods for harvesting in the autumn.
