The variety forms loose, compact heads reaching a height of 20–30 cm. The outer leaves have a pronounced red color, while the inner leaves are light green. The plant possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to fungal diseases.
The variety is intended for autumn sowing and obtaining an early spring harvest in open field or protected cultivation. Due to its tendency to bolt early, sowing between March and July is not recommended. Heavy soils that retain moisture and cold for a long time in spring are suitable for cultivation. When planting, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 30 cm between plants in a row.
