The plant forms a dense bush with gray-green foliage. The inflorescences are distinguished by large sterile bracts at the top of the flower stalk, which have a pronounced corrugated edge. The color of the inflorescences is purple-violet, the bracts are pink.

The variety is intended for decorative design of borders, hedges, and container cultivation. The plant is characterized by an early or mid-season flowering period, starting in spring. It needs full sun and good soil drainage, as it is sensitive to moisture stagnation and rot.
