The variety is a hybrid between Lavandula stoechas subsp. pedunculata and Lavandula viridis. The plant reaches a height of about 60–70 cm. The foliage is narrow, grey-green, with coniferous notes in the aroma. The inflorescences are topped with characteristic sterile bracts-ears.
The plant is distinguished by abundant and prolonged flowering, which lasts from April–May to August–September. With light pruning, repeated flowering is possible. The variety is suitable for growing in containers, borders, rock gardens, and as a specimen plant.
The variety prefers sunny locations protected from the wind and well-drained soils. Frost resistance corresponds to zones 7–9, the species is less resistant to low temperatures than Lavandula angustifolia.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
