The variety was obtained by hybridization and individual selection. Plant height is 60–65 cm. Plants have good vigor, light green lanceolate leaves, and erect inflorescences 17–18 cm long. The flowers are of medium size with blue petals and anthers.
Oil content in the seeds reaches 42.6%. The variety exceeds the control samples in terms of thousand kernel weight, seed test weight, and yield, which averages 2506 kg/ha.
