The variety is a diploid plant. It possesses medium resistance to rust, and its longevity is rated as fairly good or good.

Dry matter yield indices for spring and autumn sowing are medium, while yield in the first cut is rated as low. The variety shows a low or very low tendency for ear formation in the year of sowing.

Used for agricultural purposes for harvesting roughage, such as silage and haylage, and is also cultivated as an intermediate crop.
